Trade Base Hub will use your supplied transaction details, party information, role descriptions, opportunity background, and required document purpose to prepare a structured draft suitable for review, negotiation, or transaction-readiness progression.

Suitable documents may include NCNDA, Fee Agreement, IMFPA, Deal Summary, Letter of Representation, authorised representative document, Consultant / Broker Genealogy Declaration, POF/POP cover summary, or transaction procedure document.
