This service helps identify whether the claimed representative role is properly supported, whether authority is limited or broad, and whether additional verification should be requested before transaction progression.

Trade Base Hub may review Letters of Representation, mandates, board resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate authorisations, principal-issued authority letters, institutional documents, emails, confirmations, CIS/KYC information, and transaction-scope alignment.
