Stop picking kitchens after the rough-in
Most kitchen delays are not labor. They are a spec that was never locked.
The GC is waiting on stone. The electrician is waiting on undercabinet lighting. The client is still choosing a faucet while the cabinet shop is already in production. That is how a six-week kitchen becomes twelve.
The fix is boring and it works: lock the kitchen before drywall. Layout, appliance model numbers, cabinet series, countertop, hardware, lighting — one package, one date, no open SKUs.
That is what we do at Vero Studio. Builders and architects send the job. We send a spec they can order against. If you are still walking clients through a showroom after framing, you are already late.
