What is the setup? Name it. If you cannot name it, you do not have one.
Where is invalidation? If price goes there, you are out. No debate.
What is the risk in dollars, not in hope? Size the trade so one loss does not change your week.
What does the model actually say, not what you want it to say?
If you cannot answer those four, sit out. Sitting out is a position.
