3. Pitch before they find you. DM 20 boutique hotels with a simple offer: "I'll create 3 reels and 5 stories in exchange for a 3-night stay." Even a 15-20% conversion rate means you're traveling for free.

4. Deliver more than you promise. Give them 5 reels instead of 3. They'll repost everything and refer you to other properties.
