Pragma is a Windows desktop app where every chat is a real AI agent, not a chat window with a model behind it. Each one has its own personality, its own model, its own thread, and its own computer.

They run on the agent CLIs already installed on your machine. Claude, Codex, Qwen, Grok: your logins, your subscriptions, no proxy in the middle and no token markup. Pragma adds no AI bill of its own.

What they can actually do:

• Run shell commands, read and write files, and use your computer
• Browse the web, generate images, and follow skills you teach them
• Work as a roster, message each other, and hand work between themselves
• Ask before they act: every command, file change and question arrives as a card you approve or deny

Everything stays local. The harness listens on 127.0.0.1 and nothing else. Transcripts, keys and events live in a folder on your disk, not in somebody’s cloud. Pull the ethernet cable and your local models keep answering.

Open it from your phone’s browser when you are away from the desk: your chats, your approvals, and the ability to send new work, with no app to install.

One payment. No subscription, no seats, no usage metering.

Windows 10 and 11, x64. The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows an “unknown publisher” warning on first run: choose More info, then Run anyway. There is no macOS or Linux build yet.
