Most people don't think twice about what's under their feet. But if you've ever walked into a room and felt like everything just clicked — the rug probably had something to do with it.

Here's what I've learned making rugs by hand:

Mass-produced rugs are designed to be forgettable. They're made to fill space. A hand-tufted rug is designed to own the room. Every line, every color choice, every texture is intentional.

The process matters. I use a tufting gun to punch yarn through a primary cloth, one row at a time. There's no factory shortcut. A 3x5 piece takes me 15-20 hours of actual tufting, plus backing, gluing, and finishing. When you see the final product, you're looking at 30+ hours of focused work.

Custom means custom. Your favorite album cover. Your dog. An abstract pattern that matches your couch. A logo. Whatever you can imagine, I can tuft it.
