The 3 lists beginner UGC creators skip — then wonder why brands ghost them

Most new UGC creators don't have a posting problem. They have a tracking problem.

Before you pitch another brand, keep three lists in one place:

1. Shot list for the week

Write the hook, the product, and the CTA before you film. If you can't say those in one sentence, you're not ready to record.

2. Brand pipeline

Every outreach goes in a row: contacted, waiting, brief received, filmed, delivered, paid. If it's not written down, it didn't happen — and you will forget to follow up.

3. Usage + payment notes

Rate, usage window, revisions, due date. This is how you stop doing unpaid reshoots.

That's the whole planner. Not motivation. Not a 40-page workbook. A system so you can film, deliver, and get paid without living in your camera roll and DMs.

If you're building your first UGC kit, start there this week.
