Grade 12 applications fall apart in the same 5 places
Most students don't miss university because of grades. They miss it because the process is a mess.
Here's what I see over and over:
Deadlines live in 6 different tabs. Each university, scholarship, and visa office has its own date. If it isn't in one tracker, it gets missed.
Documents get collected last. Passport copies, transcripts, recommendation letters, proof of funds. The ones that take other people to sign are the ones that blow up your timeline.
Personal statements start the week they're due. That's how you get a generic essay. Map the story first: why this course, why this country, what you've actually done.
Scholarships are treated as extra. They have earlier deadlines than the application itself. If you wait until you "get in," you've already lost the money.
Nobody compares offers properly. Tuition, living costs, city, ranking, visa rules. A spreadsheet beats a vibe.
If you're in Grade 12 and applying this year, put every deadline, document, and scholarship in one place this week. That's the whole point of studyco β one kit so the admin doesn't eat the application.
Start with the universities you're actually applying to. Not 20. Five you can finish.
