A CHALLENGE DAY
Prepare: Premarket conditions, levels, plan, and risk.
Execute: At most one qualified official trade per session, guided entry to exit. Sometimes no trade is the right play.
Document: Journal every official trade after it closes.
Review: Study decisions through weekly scorekeeping and analysis.
THE RHYTHM
Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM ET. We begin live; if the trade finishes early, live may end while hosts remain available. Sunday backtesting: 7 PM ET.
