A CHALLENGE DAY
Prepare: Premarket conditions, levels, plan + risk.
Execute: Up to one qualified official trade per session, guided entry to exit. Sometimes no trade is the right play.
Document: We journal every official trade.
Review: Weekly scorekeeping, analysis + back-testing.
THE RHYTHM
Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM ET. We begin live; if the trade ends early, live may end while hosts remain available. Sunday back-testing: 7 PM ET.
