Why fitness coaching doesn't need to cost $200/month

Most fitness programs price themselves like luxury goods — but the actual information (progressive overload, protein targets, sleep, consistency) hasn't changed in decades. What changed is the marketing.

We built Fitness Book because we were tired of watching people pay $150-300/month for coaching that boils down to a spreadsheet and a check-in call. A well-structured program, written once and refined with real feedback, can deliver 90% of the value of 1:1 coaching at a fraction of the cost.

If you're starting out: the highest-leverage thing you can do isn't finding the 'perfect' program — it's picking ONE and running it consistently for 8-12 weeks before judging results. Most people fail from switching plans every 2 weeks, not from bad programming.

We priced ours at $9.99 because affordability shouldn't mean cutting corners on quality. Curious what's worked (or hasn't) for others here — what's the biggest thing that made a program stick for you?
