Dive deeper into your physical body, breath, connection, and awareness with a private yoga session that I will customize just for you.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have experience, all levels are welcome. Each session is 60 minutes. During the session, we will focus on moving the body with the breath, stretching and opening up the muscles, joints, and spine to more flexibility and alignment, while circulating the nervous system's balance through various postures and sequences to optimize your current physical state.
I guide these yoga sessions with a uniquely curated variety of styles, including Hatha, Kundalini Yoga, Flow (Vinyasa style), Yin, and Restorative. Based on your needs, goals, and experience, I will customize your session to elevate your physical well-being.
Yoga, in its totality, means to "yoke" to merge and melt the body, mind, and spirit into oneness. The goal is that you are able to reach higher levels of wholeness and awareness of your breath/body connection while strengthening and realigning physically.
All you'll need is a smart device to connect via Google Meet (phone, tablet, or laptop, headphones), a quiet place to have your session, a yoga mat, and some water.
