Geographic Scope: Open strictly to legal residents of the United States (excluding restricted jurisdictions listed below) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Restricted Jurisdictions: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of Arizona, Arkansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, and Vermont are ineligible to enter due to local state pay-to-enter skill contest statutes.

2. CONTEST CLASSIFICATION (SKILL-BASED COMPETITION)
This competition is a bona fide Contest of Skill. Chance plays no part in the determination of any winner.
Entrants pay a non-refundable registration fee ($41.50) to participate.
Winner determination is strictly based on original artistic merit, craftsmanship, pattern drafting/crochet technique, and scored evaluation criteria.
No Random Draws: No element of chance, raffles, or random drawings will be used to select winners or allocate prize funds.
3. ORIGINAL WORK WARRANTY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)
100% Originality Required: Entrants warrant that all submitted garments are 100% their own original work designed, cut, and constructed during the designated competition window.
Third-Party Infringement: Garments must not copy, clone, or infringe upon copyrighted patterns, trademarks, luxury brand logos, or intellectual property of third parties.
Promotional Media License: Contestants retain full copyright ownership of their physical designs and photos. However, by submitting photos and video clips, the entrant grants the Host a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, display, edit, and distribute submitted media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and promotional materials for voting, marketing, and archive purposes.
Model Release: Entrants certify that they hold full rights and model release consent for any third-party model featured in their submission photos/videos.

5. Mid-Way Verification: Entrants must submit a 15-second unedited progress clip showing active construction (cutting, machine stitching, or crocheting) to verify original authorship during the build window.
5. DUAL SCORING SYSTEM & VOTING ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
Final scores and winner placement are calculated using a balanced 50/50 dual-evaluation formula:
50% Public Engagement Score: Derived from normalized unique likes, comments, and shares across official Facebook and Instagram entry posts during the designated voting window.
50% Host & Peer Panel Score: Evaluated out of 50 points based on Craftsmanship (15 pts), Category Execution (15 pts), Silhouette & Impact (10 pts), and Technical Finishing (10 pts).
Disqualification & Anti-Fraud Policy
Botting & Fake Engagement: The use of automated voting scripts, click farms, purchased likes, fake accounts, or artificial engagement services is strictly prohibited.
Verification & Disqualifications: The Host reserves the right to audit public engagement metrics. Any entrant found manipulating vote counts or purchasing engagement will be immediately disqualified, and their registration fee will be forfeited without refund.
Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Harassment of other contestants, slander, or hate speech in comment threads or community portals will result in instant removal and disqualification.
6. PRIZE STRUCTURE & TAX OBLIGATIONS (IRS COMPLIANCE)
Cash Prize Pool: 1st Place ($1,400), 2nd Place ($600), 3rd Place ($400).
