1. Bilingual is a superpower, not a limitation. Most voice artists only offer one language. Offering Hindi + English opened up way more client types — from local business ads to e-learning platforms wanting Hindi narration for Indian audiences.

1. Price in tiers, not one flat rate. A 30-second reel voiceover and a 10-minute audiobook chapter are completely different jobs. I offer Starter/Standard/Premium packages so clients self-select based on their project size — it removes the awkward back-and-forth negotiation.

1. Turnaround time matters more than you'd think. Promising 24-48 hours (and hitting it) has gotten me more repeat clients than any pricing discount ever could.
