When we went fully digital, the instinct was to just build another online store — big catalog, add to cart, ship it. But that kills the entire reason vinyl works. The scarcity and the search are the product.

So instead we built something different: a concierge model. Members get 2 sourcing requests a month. We go dig — distributors, labels, estate sales, the Discogs back alleys — and report back. You only pay for what you actually want to keep.

It's slower than a normal store. It's also the only model where the "shopping" part doesn't feel like Amazon.
