1. Your hero section says nothing. "Welcome to our website" is not a value prop. Lead with what you do and who it's for. One sentence.

2. Too many font sizes. Pick 3 max — heading, subheading, body. Anything more creates visual chaos and makes your site feel amateur.

3. No clear CTA above the fold. If someone has to scroll to figure out what to do next, you've already lost them. One button, one action.

4. Slow load times. Compress your images. Remove unused plugins. Every extra second of load time drops conversions by ~7%.

5. Mobile is an afterthought. Over 60% of web traffic is mobile. If your site doesn't look clean on a phone, you're leaving money on the table.
