Four lists beat twelve wedding spreadsheets
Most couples don't fail at wedding planning because they forget a florist.
They fail because the plan lives in 12 tabs: a budget sheet, a guest Google Doc, vendor emails, a Pinterest board, and a notes app that nobody opens the week of.
You actually need four lists:
Budget — every dollar with a remaining total, not a vibe
Guest list — names, plus-ones, RSVP, meal, table
Vendors — who you hired, what they cost, next deadline
Timeline — from 12 months out to the hour of the ceremony
That's the whole system. If it isn't on one of those four, it probably isn't real.
I built a Notion template around exactly this. Duplicate it, dump the spreadsheets, plan the day.
