The 5-minute meal prep hack that changed how I feed my clients
I've been a nutritionist for years, and the #1 reason people fail at eating healthy isn't motivation — it's decision fatigue.
By Wednesday, most people have already burned through their willpower on work decisions. Asking "what should I eat?" at 7 PM is a losing game.
Here's what I tell every client on day one:
The Sunday Stack Method:
Pick 2 proteins, 2 grains, 3 vegetables
Cook them all on Sunday in bulk — takes about 90 minutes
Every night, just combine in different ways: bowl, wrap, stir-fry, salad
That's it. No recipe hunting. No "what's for dinner." You already have the answer in your fridge.
The key insight: variety comes from combinations, not from cooking something new every day. 2 proteins × 2 grains × 3 veggies = 12 unique meals from one prep session.
This is what I build my entire weekly meal plan service around. If you want the exact plans, grocery lists, and recipes done for you every week — that's what Plate Plan is.
But honestly, even if you just try the Sunday Stack this week, you'll feel the difference by Thursday.
