🍽️ About the Plans

What do I get with my subscription?

Every week you receive a complete meal prep menu with 3 breakfast options, 3 main meal options, and 3 snack/dessert options β€” that's 9 new recipes per week. Each recipe includes step-by-step instructions, full nutritional breakdowns, storage & reheating guides, shopping lists with estimated costs, and diet/allergen labels. You also get access to our full Meal Prep Masterclass course and community chat.

How often is new content released?

New weekly menus drop every Monday. The course library is updated regularly with new recipes, techniques, and seasonal specials.

Can I access previous weeks' menus?

Yes β€” every menu stays in the Weekly Menus & Recipes feed permanently. You'll build up a massive recipe library over time.

---

πŸ₯— Diet & Allergies

Do you cater for specific diets?

Every recipe includes clear diet labels β€” we flag whether meals are high-protein, low-calorie, vegetarian-friendly, dairy-free, gluten-free, or nut-free. Many recipes include substitution notes so you can adapt them to your needs.

I have food allergies β€” is this safe for me?

Each recipe lists all major allergens clearly. We also include ingredient swaps where possible. However, please always double-check individual ingredients against your own requirements.

Are the meals suitable for weight loss?

Absolutely. Every recipe includes full calorie and macro breakdowns (protein, carbs, fats, fibre). Our Understanding Your Macros lesson in the course teaches you exactly how to adjust portions to hit your specific calorie target.

Are the meals good for building muscle?

Yes β€” high protein is a core focus across all our recipes. Most main meals contain 35-50g+ protein per serving. We specifically design meals that support training goals.

---

πŸ›’ Shopping & Ingredients

Are the ingredients easy to find?

Everything uses simple, everyday supermarket ingredients. No specialist health food shops needed. We keep it practical and affordable.

How much does a week's food cost?

Each weekly menu includes a shopping list with estimated costs. A typical week runs Β£25-40 for one person depending on which recipes you choose and what you already have in your pantry.

Do I need special equipment?

Nothing fancy β€” glass containers, basic kitchen tools, a baking tray, and a food scale is all you need. Our Essential Equipment lesson covers exactly what to buy (and what to skip).

---

πŸ“¦ Storage & Shelf Life

How long do the meals last in the fridge?

Most prepped meals last 3-5 days refrigerated. Every recipe includes specific shelf life guidance so you know exactly when to eat each meal.

Can I freeze the meals?

Many recipes are freezer-friendly (up to 2-3 months). We clearly label which ones freeze well and include proper thawing instructions.

How do I reheat the meals?

Every recipe includes reheating instructions for both microwave and stovetop/oven. Our Reheating Like a Pro lesson covers techniques to make reheated food taste freshly cooked.

---

πŸ’³ Billing & Access

How much does it cost?

Just Β£9.99/month β€” less than a single takeaway. Cancel anytime, no contracts.

Is there a discount for new members?

We regularly run launch promotions. Check the checkout page for any active offers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes β€” no contracts, no commitments. Cancel with one click whenever you want. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do I get instant access?

Yes β€” as soon as you subscribe, you get immediate access to all current menus, the full course library, and the community chat.

5 Meal Prep Mistakes That Are Costing You Time, Money & Results

Most people quit meal prep within 2 weeks. Not because it's hard β€” because they're doing it wrong. Here are the 5 biggest mistakes I see and exactly how to fix them.

---

1. Prepping Too Many Different Meals

You don't need 15 unique recipes for the week. You need 3-4 solid ones that you actually enjoy eating.

The fix: Pick 1 breakfast, 2 mains, and 1 snack. Cook them in bulk. That's it. You'll cut your prep time in half and your shopping list becomes one page instead of three.

2. Ignoring Shelf Life

Chicken and rice tastes great on Monday. By Thursday? Not so much β€” and that's if it's even safe to eat. Most cooked meals last 3-4 days in the fridge, but people try to stretch them to 6 or 7.

The fix: Prep twice a week (Sunday + Wednesday), or freeze half your batch on day one and defrost mid-week. Your meals stay fresh and you stop throwing food in the bin.

3. Not Tracking Your Macros

"Eating healthy" means nothing if you're eating 3,000 calories of brown rice and chicken breast when your target is 1,800. Or if you're getting 40g of protein a day when you need 140g.

The fix: Weigh your portions once. Write down the macros. Use those numbers every week. You don't need to weigh food forever β€” just until you can eyeball it accurately.

4. Making Boring Food

Plain chicken. Plain rice. Steamed broccoli. Every. Single. Day. This is the fastest way to end up in a drive-through by Wednesday.

The fix: Use marinades, spice blends, and sauces. A Greek chicken bowl with tzatziki, red onion, and feta has the same macros as plain chicken and rice β€” but you'll actually look forward to eating it.

5. No System for Containers & Storage

You've cooked 20 portions of food and now you're playing Tetris with mismatched Tupperware, nothing's labelled, and half of it won't fit in the fridge.

The fix: Invest in uniform, stackable containers (glass if possible). Label everything with the meal name and date. Stack by day so you can grab-and-go each morning.

These are the basics, but they make all the difference. Inside Refuel Meal Prep, I share weekly menus with full macros, storage guides, reheating instructions, and recipes designed for people who are busy, training hard, or trying to lose weight β€” all for less than the price of a single takeaway per month.
