The reason 'health is wealth' is only half the sentence
Everyone quotes "health is wealth" and stops there. It's incomplete, and it's why most people stay stuck in one lane their whole life.
I've spent my career on the wealth side — built businesses, made other CEOs millions. Here's what nobody tells you once you get there: money buys you the time and resources to actually fix your health, but it doesn't fix it for you. Meanwhile, I've met broke people with incredible discipline, diet, and physical health who are one financial shock away from losing all of it — because health without wealth means you're always one emergency from starting over.
The real equation is a loop, not a line:
Financial health buys you time and options.
Physical health lets you actually use that time.
Mental health is what lets you make good decisions with both.
Spiritual health — knowing why you're building any of this — is what stops you from burning it all down once you get it.
Miss one pillar and the other three eventually collapse. I've watched wealthy founders destroy their bodies chasing a number. I've watched disciplined, healthy people stay broke because they never learned wealth is a skill, not a personality trait.
If you're heavy on one side and neglecting the other, that's not balance — that's a countdown timer. Fix the gap before life forces you to.
