5 Questions That Will Tell You More About Yourself Than a Personality Test
Most personality tests tell you what you already know. These 5 questions will show you what you've been avoiding.
No labels. No types. Just honest self-reflection.

1. What would you do differently if no one was watching?
Not "what would you do if money wasn't an issue" — that's a fantasy question. This one is about the gap between who you perform as and who you actually are. The bigger the gap, the more clarity you need.
2. What's the last thing that made you genuinely angry — and what does that reveal about what you value?
Anger is a signal. It shows you where your boundaries are, what you care about, and what you're not willing to accept. Most people suppress it. The smart ones listen to it.
3. If your 10-year-old self met you today, would they be proud or confused?
Kids don't care about your salary or your title. They care about whether you're happy, brave, and kind. Sometimes reconnecting with that younger version of yourself cuts through years of overthinking.
4. What are you tolerating right now that you know you shouldn't be?
A job that drains you. A relationship on autopilot. A habit you keep promising to break. We all have at least one. Naming it is the first step to changing it.
5. What's the one question you've been avoiding asking yourself?
You know the one. It's been sitting in the back of your mind for weeks, months, maybe years. You avoid it because the answer might require you to change something. That's exactly why it matters.

If even one of these made you pause — that's the signal. That's where the work is.
