Welcome to Womb Wisdom 💛

You made a great decision getting this bundle. Here's how to get started:

1. Download your ebooks — Head to the "Ebook Downloads" tab to grab all your guides.

2. Start with the Fertility Foundations guide — It covers the biggest questions (timing, age, what's actually normal) and clears up the myths you've probably seen on TikTok.

3. Join the Community Chat — You're not alone in this. Ask questions, share wins, and connect with other women on the same journey.

4. Check back for updates — I'll be posting new content, myth-busters, and bonus resources here regularly.

Your journey to motherhood deserves clarity, not confusion. That's what this is for.

You've got this. 🌱

5 things I wish someone told me before trying to conceive

After months of research, talking to doctors, and combing through every TTC thread on the internet, here are the 5 things that actually mattered:

1. It's normal for it to take up to 12 months. The CDC says under-35 couples should try for a full year before seeking evaluation. One month without a positive is not a red flag — it's statistically expected.

2. Your partner's health matters just as much. Sperm quality is affected by diet, alcohol, heat exposure, and stress. This isn't just a "her" problem.

3. OPK tests don't confirm ovulation. They detect the LH surge before ovulation. A positive OPK means it's likely coming — not that it already happened.

4. Most early miscarriages are chromosomal — not your fault. Lifting something or having coffee before you knew you were pregnant almost certainly didn't cause it. Stop blaming yourself.

5. "Just relax" is terrible advice. Stress doesn't help, but telling someone with fertility anxiety to relax just adds guilt. What actually helps: peer support, professional counseling, and evidence-based information.

I built Womb Wisdom because women deserve clear, science-backed answers — not myths recycled through social media. Every guide in the bundle draws from CDC, ACOG, and peer-reviewed research.

If you're in the early stages of planning or deep in the TTC journey, I see you. 💛
