Why most startup blogs fail (and it's not the writing)

Ran a quick audit of 40 early-stage SaaS blogs this month. Almost none of them had a traffic problem because of bad writing. They had a consistency problem.

The pattern: founder writes 3 great posts in month one, gets busy, blog goes quiet for 8 weeks, momentum dies, Google deprioritizes the domain.

SEO content compounds — but only if it ships on a schedule. A blog that publishes 4 mediocre-but-consistent posts a month will out-rank a blog that publishes 1 brilliant post a quarter, almost every time.

If you're a founder and content keeps sliding off your to-do list because product/sales eats your week, that's the actual bottleneck to fix — not your prose. Outsourcing the writing (even just the drafting) to someone who ships on schedule usually beats trying to protect 4 hours a week for it yourself.

Started WordForge to solve exactly this for founders: a dedicated writer, a fixed monthly cadence, zero admin on your end.
