The 3 supplements that actually matter (and the ones wasting your money)
Most supplement stacks are 80% marketing and 20% science. Here's what you actually need if you're training hard:
1. Creatine Monohydrate — The most researched supplement in history. 5g daily, every day, no loading phase needed. Improves strength, recovery, and even cognitive function. If you're not taking this, you're leaving gains on the table.
2. Protein Powder — Not magic, just convenient. If you're hitting 0.8-1g per lb of bodyweight through food, you don't need it. But most people aren't. A good whey isolate fills the gap without the bloat.
3. Electrolytes — Especially if you train in the morning or sweat heavy. Sodium, potassium, magnesium. Most "hydration" drinks are just sugar water. Look for ones with actual mineral content.
What's probably wasting your money:
Fat burners (glorified caffeine pills)
BCAAs (if you're eating enough protein, these are redundant)
Test boosters (the legal ones don't move the needle)
Save your money on the stuff that doesn't work. Invest in the basics that do.
That's the BodySync approach — no hype, just what works. We ship premium health & wellness products for guys who actually train.
