In this hands-on project you connect your own YouTube channel and Instagram account to a Python tool using the official APIs, then post every video waiting in a folder - with its title, description and hashtags - to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, keeping a log of everything posted.

Honest up front: the first-time setup takes 45-90 minutes and walks you through Google’s and Meta’s developer consoles step by step. After that, posting is one command. YouTube keeps uploads from new, unreviewed projects private until Google approves them - the course explains the approval form and the simple workaround.

• auto_post.py: a dry run that shows exactly what will be posted, then posts for real
