Haven’t had access in over 4 weeks paid $60 and every time they beat me around a bush saying they will fix it we’ll 2 weeks later still nothing! Poor customer service and didn’t get what I paid for

I'm not satisfied with the service. I ordered this script and the lights on my Zen flashed white and blue every time and i told the service person (jd) he was no help whatsoever.
