Why your best YouTube videos are getting the fewest views
Most creators think low views = bad content. It's almost never that.
The real problem is packaging. Your video idea is strong, but the title doesn't create enough curiosity, the thumbnail doesn't stop the scroll, and the first 15 seconds don't lock the viewer in.
Here's a quick diagnostic you can run on your last 10 uploads:
Check your titles:
Is there a specific promise or curiosity gap?
Would a stranger understand what they'll get from watching?
Does it feel like a video you'd click on if you saw it in your feed?
Check your thumbnails:
Is there one clear focal point?
Does the thumbnail create a question the video answers?
Does it visually match the energy of the title?
Check your hooks (first 20 seconds):
Do you deliver on the title promise immediately?
Is there a reason to keep watching past :30?
Or do you spend the first minute on an intro nobody asked for?
If 3+ of your recent videos have weak marks on all three, your problem isn't content quality. It's packaging.
That's what I help creators fix — titles, thumbnails, hooks, topic selection, and 30-day content direction. Not copywriting. Not "social media management." Just the inputs that actually move views.
If you want a specific audit of your channel, that's what JSoperator is for.
