商品コードを規則マスタと照合し、桁数・接頭辞・禁止文字、重複や欠番の候補を確認できます。違反理由を列ごとに表示し、元のコードを変更せずに判定するため、元データと見比べながら修正箇所を確認できます。欠番候補は登録漏れの見直しにも役立ちます。

Product Code Rule Validator is an Excel template for small sellers to check codes before adding or updating product records.
It compares codes against a rules table to check length, prefixes and prohibited characters, and flags duplicates and possible gaps in numbering. Violation reasons appear in separate columns. Original codes stay unchanged, so you can compare findings with your data and decide what to correct. Possible gaps help you review whether any entries were missed.
Checking before registration can reduce later matching errors and repeated checks, easing daily product registration and batch updates.
A macro-free .xlsx formula template using LET, LAMBDA and standard Excel functions. Microsoft 365 is recommended.
