出荷CSVを配送会社の送り状システムへ登録する前に、住所の不備を確認するExcelツールです。締め切り前の住所確認を助け、CSV取り込みエラーや直前の手直しを減らすお手伝いをします。
氏名、郵便番号、都道府県、市区町村、番地、建物名を対象に、必須項目の不足、文字数、郵便番号の形式、禁則文字をチェック。不足箇所やエラーの理由を示し、見直すべきところを絞れます。住所を推測して補うことはありません。番地の抜けなどは元の注文情報と照合し、必要な修正を済ませてから登録へ。
マクロを使わないExcel形式（.xlsx）の商品です。毎日の発送準備を落ち着いて進めたい方に。

The Shipping Address Checker for Excel helps you review Japanese shipping addresses before uploading a shipping CSV to a carrier. Missing postal codes or incomplete addresses can delay dispatch and send you back through order records.
It checks recipient names, postal codes, prefectures, cities or municipalities, street addresses, and building names for missing required fields, character counts, postal code formats, and disallowed characters. It shows missing details and error reasons without guessing how to fill gaps, so you can focus your review, confirm details against the original order, and make corrections before upload.
This final check can help reduce import errors and last-minute corrections for calmer daily shipping preparation. The macro-free .xlsx workbook is designed for Excel 2019, 2021, 2024, and Microsoft 365.
