The Operator Second Brain OS Workspace is live.

If your client workflows and prompt archives are scattered across docs, chats, and half-finished notes, this is the upgrade. One workspace to centralize how you run AI for clients, keep prompts in one place, and stop rebuilding the same systems every week.

How to scale client acquisition using automated AI systems.

If you are still hunting clients by hand, you are the bottleneck. Here is the 3-phase inbound framework we use to turn positioning into booked calls without living in DMs.

Phase 1. Positioning. Pick one operator offer, one buyer, and one outcome. Make it obvious who you help and why you are the default choice. Vague “AI services” does not convert.

Phase 2. Automated pipeline. Stand up inbound capture, qualification, and follow-up so leads move without you chasing. The system should feed you warm conversations, not a pile of cold names.

Phase 3. Conversion closing. Script the close around the buyer’s problem, next step, and timeline. Same conversation every time. That is how you scale without sounding like a bot.

Your rate is not your payout.

Most people pick a clipping campaign by its rate. The number that usually decides what a clip pays sits right next to it, and it gets skipped: the per clip cap.

Rates really do vary a lot:

• Bloomberg (3 May 2026): $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 views for Kick and casino work

• NPR (12 May 2026): one AI startup campaign at $25 per 1,000

This guide skips the editing lessons you can find anywhere. It covers the money side: which campaigns to enter, and which to skip.

Invisible systems. Visible results.

Brands put money in a pot and pay per 1,000 views on clips of their own videos. No followers needed, no face, no editing skill. It's real. Forbes reported these campaigns paying out over $40,000 a day.

It's also not a jackpot. Divide that by the videos posted and the average clip earns about $1.50 to $2 per 1K views. Most earn less. Plenty earn nothing.

I've spent the last few weeks building around it: a guide written for someone starting from zero, and a clipping tool. I still want to know who's actually paying attention to this.

One tap below. Whatever wins, I'll post the result here and build for that person first.

If you pick "tried it, made nothing, stopped", leave a comment saying where it fell apart. The rules? Clips rejected after the views landed? The time it ate? Or just nothing got watched? That's the single most useful thing anyone can tell me right now, and it'll shape what I write next.

Update, 22 September 2026. The guide is finished. THE CLIP PAYOUT ENGINE is the money side of clipping: which campaigns to enter, which to skip, how to read the per clip cap before the rate, and what to send when a payout is rejected or reversed. It is $10 for the first 10 buyers, then $27. You'll find it at the top of ◈ STORE.

The poll is still open either way, and the comments are still what shape the next one.
