The 3 nutrition mistakes most women make (and what to do instead)
I've been in the wellness space for a while now, and these 3 mistakes come up constantly:
1. Eating too little protein at breakfast.
Most women start the day with toast or a smoothie that's 90% fruit. You need 25-30g of protein in your first meal to stay full and keep energy stable. Think eggs + avocado, Greek yogurt parfait, or a protein smoothie with actual protein powder.
2. Demonizing carbs after 6pm.
This is a myth that won't die. Carbs don't magically turn to fat at night. What matters is your total daily intake and the quality of what you're eating. Sweet potato at dinner? Go for it.
3. Ignoring hydration.
Most women are chronically under-hydrated and don't realize it's tanking their energy, focus, and even their skin. Aim for half your body weight in ounces, minimum.
I cover stuff like this every week in my newsletter — real advice, no gatekeeping. Come through if you want to level up your wellness game.
