Your ads aren't the problem. Your store looks cheap.
Most ecom sellers I talk to are pouring money into ads for a store that still looks like a Shopify default.
That's the cheap-store tax. Traffic comes in, they bounce, you raise spend, the product never had a chance.
What cheap stores have in common:
A logo that looks like it came with the theme
Product photos on empty white with no brand around them
Four fonts, six button colors, no system
Packaging, ads, and the site all look like different companies
What the stores that convert actually do:
One mark, used the same way on the bottle, the PDP, and the ad
A color and type system tight enough that a new listing still looks like them
Product photography that matches the brand, not the supplier's packshot
A homepage that feels like a brand, not a catalog
If your product is good and the store is killing conversion, stop buying more traffic. Fix the look first.
That's the work I do at 1st Design Lab. If you want it done, the Store Brand System is open for 4 projects at a time.
