The 5 habits that quietly destroy your 20s (and how to fix them in 30 days)
I spent years stuck in the same loop. Same routine, same excuses, same "I'll start Monday." Here's what I learned the hard way:
1. Hitting snooze every morning. It trains your brain that the first decision of the day doesn't matter. It does. Wake up when you say you will.
2. Consuming more than creating. Scrolling for 3 hours then wondering why you feel empty. Your brain needs output, not just input. Write something. Build something. Move your body.
3. Avoiding discomfort. Cold conversations, hard workouts, honest self-reflection — the things you avoid are exactly the things that grow you.
4. Waiting for motivation. Motivation follows action, not the other way around. Discipline is doing it when you don't feel like it. That's literally the whole game.
5. Surrounding yourself with comfortable people. If nobody in your circle challenges you, you're not growing. You're just comfortable.
I built the 30 Day LVL Up Challenge to attack all five of these head-on. Daily challenges, live coaching, and a private community of people who are actually about it.
If you're tired of living the same day on repeat, this is your move.
