Most students I talk to can't start an assignment. That's not the issue.

The issue is the first buzz. Twelve minutes in, the phone lights up, and the brain treats it like an emergency. You tap. You come back. The page looks foreign. You start over. Repeat until 2am.

That is why we have created the perfect solution for people who fight themselves just to study

You don't have a willpower problem. You have a 12-minute problem.

Willpower is a terrible plan for this. Your phone is designed to beat willpower.

What actually works is boring:

  • Put the phone in another room. Not face down. Another room.

  • Work in 25-minute blocks with a real timer, not a phone timer.

  • Write the next sentence before you stand up. Momentum dies when you leave a blank page.

  • One tab. If you need a source, write it on paper and fetch it in the next block.

Do that for a week and the 12-minute crash starts to feel optional.

That's the whole game. Not motivation. Setup.
