Yo It's Anan, I'm a 21 year old Uni student that's about to graduate. I've delt with several postural issues like Anterior Pelvic Tilt, Rounded Upper Back, Forward Head Posture, Lateral Pelvic Tilt and other related symptoms. So I would understand most of your concerns, how you felt and your limitation because for me having those issues really downgraded my life. No football, no gym, no sitting in front of my laptop for longer than 20 minutes(its weird because I literally have tons of assignments and work), my girl friend would complain why I kept needing to find a place to sit down and stretch my low back when we were out. There's so much things that I weren't able to do because of my limitations, that's why I've decided to study the biomechanics of our body and solve this issue for good. Vamos!
