Believes that life is to be enjoyed, past can be overcome, traumas ca be healed, addictions do not define you, and you are not meant to be trapped by self-doubt and shame. As a clinical social worker I have worked years in the helping and healing spaces. I have created programs for addiction and change that see the person first and not the behavior. Healing can happen and does when the right tools and mindset are taught.
