I have been in the car rental industry for 8 years on and off, but built my own rental company 5 years ago. Before that, I started a few other businesses which gained a little traction but I eventually would jump onto the next thing when I got shiny object syndrome and wanted faster results. My first big break was a product brand, which I scaled to multiple 6-figures but that failed when COVID hit. The car rental industry was booming, and I knew I had to pivot quick so I went all in on my own car rental business. I made many costly and stressful mistakes along the way, as I scaled quickly. My goal is to help others avoid these mistakes and scale quick and mostly stress-free.
