Hi, I’m Maidel! A wellness creator and lifelong student of life, growth, and conscious living. My passion lies in helping others reconnect with awareness, make intentional choices, and create harmony in their health, mindset, and everyday life.
Since 2019, I’ve been deeply immersed in Ayurveda and holistic wellness, studying how nature, mindset, and daily habits intertwine to shape the quality of our lives. I believe in the philosophy of Kaizen- a continuous learning, reflection, and refinement because true transformation happens not in a single moment, but through consistent evolution.
My digital creations are born from curiosity and compassion carefully researched, heart-led resources designed to help others make more mindful and informed decisions for themselves and their families.
This mission became profoundly personal after losing my father to kidney disease. That experience taught me that prevention, awareness, and education are the greatest gifts we can give to the people we love. If I had known then what I know now, his story might have been different and that truth fuels my purpose every single day.
Through my work, I hope to inspire others to slow down, stay curious, and remember that healing isn’t just physical it’s a way of living with awareness, purpose, and grace.
