My journey began after I survived a life-altering windowmaker heart attack, which forced me to completely reevaluate my health, habits, and lifestyle. I knew I had to make real, sustainable changes, not just to lose weight but to take back control of my life. Through trial, research, and personal experience, I created the MBR Method, a simple, sustainable system that helped me lose over 60 pounds and keep it off. I maintain that weight loss to this day.
