LAUNCH DAY COMING SOON, STAY TUNED SO YOU DON'T MISS OUT!

Most high school hoopers train their vertical wrong. I see the same 3 mistakes over and over:
1. Only doing calf raises
Your calves contribute maybe 15% of your jump power. Your glutes and hamstrings are the real engines. If you're not doing hip thrusts, RDLs, and deep squats, you're leaving inches on the table.
2. Skipping plyometrics
Strength without explosiveness = slow. You need depth jumps, box jumps, and bounding work to teach your muscles to fire fast. The trick is LOW reps, MAX effort — not 50 half-hearted box jumps.
3. Training legs every day
Your tendons need 48-72 hours to recover from plyometric stress. Overtraining doesn't make you jump higher — it gets you injured. Smart programming > grinding yourself into the ground.
I put together a full 12-week vertical jump program that fixes all of this — progressive overload, periodized plyo work, and recovery protocols designed for high school athletes.
