❓ FAQ — Everything You Need to Know Before Buying

Frequently Asked Questions

"Do I need a ChatGPT Plus subscription?"

No. Every prompt works with the free tiers of ChatGPT and Claude. If you can type in the chat box, you're good.

"I'm not tech-savvy — will I be able to use these prompts?"

Yes. Each prompt is copy-paste. Open ChatGPT or Claude, paste the prompt, read the one next step, and do it. No settings, no plugins, no accounts to connect.

"What if my house is really, truly wrecked — like weeks-of-avoidance wrecked?"

That's exactly when these prompts shine. The AI doesn't judge the starting point — it just gives you one tiny physical action. You can go from "I can't even look at the kitchen" to "put three dishes in the sink" in under a minute.

"How is this different from a regular cleaning checklist?"

A checklist gives you 30 tasks and expects you to pick one. These prompts give you one task, chosen for you, based on what you describe right now. No choosing, no prioritising, no decision fatigue.

"What if it doesn't work for me?"

You have 30 days. If you haven't gotten unstuck at least once, email us and we'll refund you — no hoops, no quizzes, no guilt.

Why ADHD adults don't need more motivation to clean — they need fewer decisions

Here's what I've learned about ADHD and home tasks:

The problem is almost never laziness. It's not that you don't care about having a clean home. It's that your brain processes "clean the house" as one enormous, shapeless task — and then freezes.

You stand in the kitchen doorway. You see dishes, counters, the floor, the fridge, the trash. You know you need to do something but you can't pick where to start. So you don't. Or you start with the dishes, get halfway through, notice the counter, switch to that, run out of steam, and sit down feeling worse than before.

The fix isn't willpower. It's structure.

What actually works for ADHD brains:

  • Breaking "clean the kitchen" into the first 3 physical actions — not categories, actions

  • Low-friction entry points for days when your energy is already spent

  • A momentum-friendly order so finishing one thing naturally leads to the next

  • Visual check-off so your brain gets the dopamine of "done" at every step

That's exactly what I built. The ADHD Home Reset Checklist is a one-time download — no app, no subscription, no system to learn. Just open it, pick a section, and follow the steps.

If you've ever felt stuck staring at a mess that feels too big to start, this was made for you.
