The 3 things I'd do differently if I was starting from $0 again
I've been building solo businesses since I was 14. Here's what I wish I knew on day one:
1. Pick ONE thing and go all in
The biggest trap is jumping between ideas every week. Your first business doesn't need to be perfect — it needs to exist. Pick something you can deliver value with right now and commit for 90 days.
2. Sell before you build
I wasted months building products nobody wanted. Now I validate first: put up an offer, see if anyone bites, then build. If you can't sell the idea, the product won't save you.
3. Systems > Hustle
Hustling 16 hours/day isn't a flex. Set up simple systems early — automated delivery, templates for outreach, a basic funnel. Time saved = time compounded.
I put everything I've learned into a step-by-step ebook called Solo Business From Scratch. It's the playbook for going from zero to your first $1K online.
No fluff. No guru energy. Just the exact steps.
