AI Empire Lab is officially open — 30% off your first month

I just opened the doors to AI Empire Lab — a step-by-step system for launching and scaling your own AI automation agency, built from what's actually worked running CleverCore AI Agency.

Inside:

  • A 4-module course: pick your niche, land your first 3 clients, build a repeatable delivery SOP, then scale past $10K/month

  • A live community of people building in real time

  • A 30% recurring affiliate program if you want to promote it too

For the first wave of members: use code LAUNCH30 for 30% off your first month.

If you've been thinking about starting an AI agency but didn't know where to begin, this is the shortcut. Link in the product page.

The AI agency mistake almost everyone makes in month one

Ran an AI automation agency for a while now, and the pattern is always the same: people spend 3 weeks picking a logo and a niche, then panic when it's time to actually find a client.

Here's what actually works:

Sell the outcome, not the tool. Nobody wants "a custom GPT workflow." They want "20 fewer hours a week answering the same customer emails." Lead with the second one every time.

Your first 3 clients come from your network, not cold outreach. DM people you already know who run a business. Offer to build one automation for free or cheap, in exchange for a testimonial and a referral. Cold outreach works eventually, but warm intros close faster and teach you what people will actually pay for.

Price the retainer, not the build. The build is a one-time favor. The retainer (monitoring, tweaking, adding new automations) is the actual business. If you're only charging for setup, you're doing freelance work, not building an agency.

Pick one repeatable service, not ten custom ones. Lead qualification bots, AI-powered support triage, and content repurposing pipelines are the three easiest to sell and deliver right now because the ROI is obvious and the build time is short.

If you're starting from zero, don't overthink the brand. Overthink the first client conversation instead — that's where the business actually gets built.
