5 ways I've seen complete beginners make their first £100 with AI

Most people overcomplicate making money online. They think they need a website, a following, or some special skill.

They don't. Here are 5 methods I've seen work for people starting from literally nothing:

1. AI-written freelance gigs

Use ChatGPT to write emails, LinkedIn posts, or product descriptions. Post on Fiverr or Upwork. You don't need to be a "writer" — the AI does the heavy lifting. First sale usually comes within a week.

2. Faceless short-form content

Pick a niche (motivation, finance tips, scary stories). Use AI to generate scripts, free tools to edit, and post 2-3x daily on TikTok. Monetise through the Creator Fund or affiliate links once you hit 1K followers.

3. Digital products on Etsy

AI can generate planners, journal templates, and printables in minutes. List them on Etsy for £3-£10 each. Volume is the play here — 20 listings means 20 chances to sell every day.

4. AI resume and cover letter service

Everyone needs a CV. Charge £10-£25 per resume, use AI to generate them in 5 minutes. Market on local Facebook groups and Reddit. Dead simple.

5. Prompt packs

Curate the best AI prompts for a specific use case (real estate agents, fitness coaches, students) and sell them as a digital download. Takes an afternoon to create, sells forever.

The pattern is always the same: find something people already pay for → use AI to do it faster and cheaper → pocket the difference.

None of these require experience. None require money upfront. They just require you to actually start.
