The part people get wrong: they think the AI does the selling. It doesn't. The AI collapses the build time from days to hours — the actual skill is picking a niche, having a repeatable prompt/template flow so quality doesn't vary site to site, and knowing what a business owner actually needs to say yes (before/after mockup > blank pitch, every time).

If you're testing this out, start with businesses you already know personally. Build one full site for free as a portfolio piece, then charge for the next five. The AI part is the easy 20%. The offer and outreach is the other 80%.
