A skill that invents a number is not a department

Most Claude prompts for a company fail the same way. They are useful once. Then they drift. Then they fill a blank cell with a guess.

The fix is not a longer prompt. It is a rule: gaps stay marked "no data", and nothing customer-facing leaves as a draft until the owner says yes in one line.

We put that rule on seven departments as installable skill folders — Sales, Deals, Marketing, Intelligence, Customer, Back Office, Operations — plus a one-hour brain interview that produces a two-page business model and a decision-rights matrix.

A skill may run alone only after 20 runs with 90% accepted unedited. Two corrections in a week demote it.

If you already use Claude and you still make the commercial decisions yourself, that is the whole product.
