The 3-client Sunday panic is a calendar problem, not a talent problem
Most social media managers don't burn out because they can't design. They burn out because Sunday night they still don't know what Client A, B, and C are posting tomorrow.
Here's the system I use when I'm running three or more accounts:
1. One planner, three tabs. Not three Notion dumps. One 30-day calendar. Each client gets a tab with platform, post type, and asset status. If it isn't on the calendar, it isn't happening.
2. Templates before ideas. Pick the format first (carousel, story, reel cover), then write. Blank Canva is where hours disappear. A 12-template kit means you decide the shape in 10 seconds and spend the time on the message.
3. Batch by type, not by client. Write all carousels in one sitting. Then all stories. Switching clients mid-format is how you lose the afternoon.
4. Proof lives in a dashboard, not a DM. Clients don't remember the 27 stories you posted. They remember a simple log: what shipped, when, and what it did. That's the recap.
If you're still designing every post from scratch for every client, you're selling hours. Sell a system instead.
