The real reason most new traders lose money (it's not strategy)

Spent time looking at why beginner traders blow up accounts, and it's almost never the strategy itself. It's one of three things:

1. Position sizing, not entry timing.

Most beginners obsess over finding the "perfect entry" but risk 10-20% of their account on a single trade. A mediocre strategy with 1% risk per trade survives a losing streak. A great strategy with 10% risk per trade doesn't. Do the math on 5 losses in a row at each risk level — it's not close.

2. No predefined exit before entering.

If you don't know your stop-loss and target before you click buy, you'll move your stop-loss when the trade goes against you "just to give it room." That's how a -1% loss becomes a -8% loss.

3. Trading every session instead of your session.

Volatility and volume aren't constant throughout the day. Trading in low-liquidity windows because you're bored produces noisy, low-quality setups — and most losses come from these low-conviction trades, not the well-planned ones.

None of this requires a better indicator. It requires treating trading as risk management first, pattern recognition second.

I've built a course to fix this. Adaptive day trading curriculum that meets you where you are (beginner, intermediate, or side-hustler). Takes you from "why do I keep losing" to "I have an actual edge."

Launching with 15% off for the first 15 buyers.

Code: TRADERSPATH15 — drops the price from $127 to $107.95.

Expires Aug 12.

Not a get-rich-quick. A real framework to stop the bleeding and build something sustainable.

Curious what's tripped others up most — sizing, exits, or overtrading?
