followedMost new Valorant players spend hours tweaking their sensitivity but never touch their crosshair. That's backwards.
Your crosshair is the one thing you stare at for the entire match. If it's too thick, you lose heads behind the lines. Too thin, you lose it in a firefight. Wrong color, it blends into half the maps.
Here's what actually matters:
Size — Smaller is generally better for headshot accuracy, but if you're new, a slightly larger crosshair helps you track where you're actually aiming.
Color — Cyan or white. Green blends into Breeze and Lotus. Red disappears on Ascent. Cyan works on literally every map.
Inner lines vs. dot — A center dot is clean but gives you zero feedback on movement error. Short inner lines (length 3-4, thickness 1) give you just enough visual info without cluttering your screen.
Movement error — Turn it off. It's distracting and doesn't help you learn anything useful.
I put together 50+ crosshairs organized by playstyle so you don't have to spend an hour in the range testing random codes from Reddit. Each one has a copy-paste code — import it in 5 seconds.
